No, there's no law that anyone has to be in pre-school. Only a law that children age seven or above must be in school (which led to hilarity the time I was late for school and came home with a note stating that law pinned to my shirt... when I was age 6, in kindergarten).

hehe. thats funny. my pre-school was like a day-care with singing and crafts and learning our names, nap time, and books...it was fun and hte parents brought in snacks for us and we made spaghetti. i loved it. and when i came to visit the school i am at now, all the kids in preschool were learning aobut england and math adn stuff and it was really scary
