I didn't. Took an educated guess. I like Francis Bacon, the artist. His stuff was pretty neat.

You wanna hear a fun fact? January Jones is in X-Men First Class which is set in the 60's. She stars along side Kevin Bacon (as pictured above). January Jones is in Mad Men which is set in the 60's. She stars along side Jon Hamm.
Notice the similarities? set in the 60's yes BUT..... Both of these male actors' second names are related to pork!

My last name has the word "ham" in it. I hold the curious honour of probably being the only Jew in the world who can claim such a thing.

Thanks for the information, now I shall look for all names with "ham" in them, find out where you live and kidnap you.

Isn't 'Hammerstein' a Jewish name, for instance? There's the Hammersetein from Rogers & Hammerstein, but he doesn't count because he was Episcopalian. I don't know of any others, but if I meet them, I'll sympathize with them accordingly for sharing my embarrassing predicament. I like my surname far more than Hammerstein though, and not just because I share it with a famous fictional character named Violet.

Yes, but apparently his grandfather was Jewish. These things happen. (A while ago we had a bishop in Britain called Montefiore, which is an immensely Jewish name.) Hm - you've probably given us enough details now to work it out, and come round and kidnap you. I can't think of it immediately, though.

I look forward to seeing who works it out first, assuming nobody cheats somehow. If you come by to kidnap me, please have respect for tradition and carry me out of the house by my ankles?
