AY GEE! I saw this thread...didn't know it was THE ball! Only a few of the guests had arrived, but those who were there were had already begun to dance the night away. Orangey was the first one the notice it. Her freshly made margarita was beginning to form little ripples. Soon, everyone noticed the tremors that were steadly flowing through the floor. The shaking became more violent with each passing second. Many of the female guests had begun to scream (along with one male who refused to be named for private reasons) and run towards Alice's basement emergency bomb shelter. Just as the elegant chandelier was about to break off the ceiling, it stopped. A slight confusion spread through the small gathering of people and some tried to straighten the appitiezer table, where many of the glasses had spilled onto the table cloth. Suddenly, Curio looked up and gasped. "Look!" she screamed, and managed to point up towards the glass dome that roofed the middle of the ballroom before falling over into a dead faint. Sora only barely managed to catch her. Curios gasp spread through the crowd as they realized what she had seen...[/i}
"Hullo, everyone. Sorry about Frank, he's a bit frightening when you first meet him but he really is a darling."
Elizabeth gracefully led Frank, her trained Tyranasaurus Rex, over to the conviently located freshwater lake outside Alice's mansion, slid down his back and tail, and landed in front of Alice's door. She let herself inside, as everyone else was still in such a state of shock they were not properly functioning, and helped herself to some punch.
"I hope you like my outfit," Elizabeth adds, trying to revive the speachless group, "I'm dressed as Mana, of course, pretty much the creator of the Gothic Lolita style."

People are awkwardly standing around at Alice's mansion, eating, sipping punch and quietly chatting with each other. A few are dancing, but they are in the minority. Suddenly, a loud boom resounds, shaking the ground and echoing in the large rooms. People look around frantically, wondering what is going on. Smoke from no visible source fills the air for dramatic effect, and as the smoke clears, the 667ers gasp. "Who is that girl," several people ask their neighbors, "and why has she chosen to grace us with her presence?" The girl brushes some stray rubble from her clothes and turns to the murmuring 667ers. Then the hall goes silent and they wait anxiously for her to speak.
"Hi everyone!" the girl says excitedly. "I'm Linda!"
And everyone begins to cheer.[/Linda's big ego] Sorry about that. I saw PJ's big entrance and couldn't be outdone. Anyways, I'm here, and I think I'm the only one of my group of four. And I brought a friend:

My dress. I wanted it in electric blue, but seeing as that colour wasn't available in the Medieval era (yes, darlink it's an original) so I had to - unwillingly - settle for a buff colour. Note the cord around the centre. Oh, and I have no date. I'm dancing with anyone and everyone. *Grabs nearest person and begins to Fox Trot* Excuse the smudge in the left hand corner, near the wheel, not the other left, it was the only one I could buy that suited my dress. Oh, and congratulations Peeie Jaiey, for reaching 6670 posts. It's an honour to know you. ;D You could have brushed your hair though... at least for the occasion. *Steals dorritos* Here's something I just whipped up... They call it..... the INFERNO!!Actually, as much as I would love to stay... I have to go... Mwah!

In a magical puff of smoke a new guest arrives in the middle of the ball room. Wearing an elegant dress in which she looks equally elegant her presence brings a hush amongst the other dancing guests. "Let's get this party started," cries A. as she grabbs Sora and begins to dance.
My best attempt at making an entrance. Anyway, dress. Yzay, ball are so much fun. Oh yeah congratulations on your custom title Peej.

That offends me and everyone else here. Well, DO something, for heaven's sakes. It's quite boring at this time...I do hope it livens up later on. Or else the explosives I've distributed around the building will stir things up! Bwahahhahahahahhaha! In retrospect, I should have made a pun about "heating things up" or something lame like that. Oh well.
