Hi. I am curious as to why the word o-r-g-y has been censored to read daycare center. I mean, first off, it is a word that defines most 667-fictions, and secondly, I have yet to see it in a non-comic setting. Also, why daycare center? Why not love thing? Or even Thingagon.
And, who would want to censor it?

CENSORSHIP ON 667?
H8OAFEPIHJSEFOSEFUHO
I'm opposed to any form of censorship. Therefore, I'd like to ask Tragedy politely to please stop being an idiot, and stop this stupid censorship. Grr.

Oh, this makes sense, especially the Pen1s thing; I was reading a really old post where I was pointing out that Robert could type with his pen1s, and it came up with "headphones", and I was like 'did I MEAN to put that?'

He used to ban people for swearing or anything like that. Seems like it is coming back.....

So basically, we're supposed to accept censorship as part of normal 667 life, eh? Well, I'm sorry, but I'm not ready to accept that, and I'm sure many other members will back me on this.Okay, he might give a strike for swearing, that's okay. But to ban someone for it? Now that's just over-reacting.

Cool. Let's all condemn me before trying to see things my way. That's how things work around here these days, especially since I'm not even around enough to defend myself.
Keep a few things in mind. I didn't even start censoring these words until you guys started abusing the use. Also, I've never once banned a person for swearing a single time. They swear, they rack up the strikes, then I ban them. That's the system. It's always been the rule, and no one complains until their favorite members start getting the boot. Finally, if you're unhappy about Robert, deal with it. I've been unbelievably lenient. Lenient to the point of stupidity. He's rude, and he's got about 100 strikes. People complain about him all the time. I try to keep him around because you guys like him. Do we use a system, or do we just look at things case by case, with bias? If you want to go with bias, I'm kicking off a lot of you guys that I simply don't like. If you want to go with the system, I'm impartial.
And I just want to say it's very hurtful when J refers to me as a Hitler. I've given her so many chances. She probably has as many fairly given strikes as Robert. She doesn't play by the rules. I think I've been very nice to her.

Ooh, burn.
Not trying to kiss up, but I see nothing wrong with censorship.

At times, too nice. I don't believe in censorship, however, Tragedy is the admin. We have to listen. Besides, those words can offend other people. However, why change it to headphones of all items?

Who exactly were you talking to in that quote, Snicket? Possibly Le Grey. Yeah, but it was more of an all-around statement.

well, this is ostensibly a forum about a kid's book. If I were younger then 13, I wouldn't want to read about orgies. Heck, I'm much older then 13 and still don't. The word changes that he censors it to are funnier than people just randomly throwing out headphones and daycare center and feeling all grown up about it. I don't think that it's too much to cut a few words out of your for purposes on a message board without being all "omg, first amendment, tragler!" Give the guy a break, and try to be a little more mature about this.

No, char, it's "headphones daycare center." "daycare center headphones" doesn't make sense.
Wait, where's the censor go?
Also, Trag, I was refering to you as Hitler as a joke. I knew people were going to react like this, so I was playing around. My remarks don't mean anything, Tragedy-kun.
Also, it was WSW. Of course we were going to have headphones and day cares.
