Steve Jobs (And if none of you know who he is, he is the CEO and creator of Apple Computer) does not want anybody to refer to the new iPod as "iPod Video" or "Video iPod". He has, for the past several months, denounced that there would be a Video iPod, and he was right. We got a new iPod with video capibilities, not an "iPod Video" or "Video iPod". This new iPod can hold over 7,000 songs, 25,000 photos, and 170 hours of video. Many people have been getting other types of MP3 players that play video, but none of them have the design and simplicity as the iPod. Also, you are not paying anymore than what you paid for the older iPods. In order to play the videos and to buy them, you need Apple's free iTunes. iTunes is a great music program and one of the cheapest on the web (not refering to Peer to Peer). Currently, music videos, Pixar shorts (Apple CEO Steve Jobs bought the Pixar technology from George Lucas years ago), video Podcasts, and TV Shows are available for download onto your new iPod. Apple is partnered with Disney and ABC. Currently, only Disney and ABC TV shows are on the new iTunes. Apple is conferencing with NBC Universal about getting some of their TV shows onto the new iTunes and into your hands. EDIT: To awnser one question, you do not have to buy videos off of iTunes. You can rip a DVD you own and put it onto your iPod. I have ripped Jurassic Park and I am going to see if I can put it on mine. Apple also announced their new iMac computer. I encourage everybody to check it out over here: www.apple.com/imac/. This computer proves that you only need one cable to have an awesome computer. Currently, Apple is on the lookout for a group of people who are coming into an Apple store in Canada to buy an iPod, open it up in front of the cashier, and to destroy it. Apple will be holding a press confrence at the PhotoPlus Expo 2005 to unveil their latest professional innovations. No new iPod will be announced (I can confirm that.) but a proffesional line of computers or software will be updated. www.apple.com

Just eight hours ago, Apple dropped their deal with Samsung. For the iPod nano, they needed flash storage. For a really cheap deal, they went with Samsung. To prevent outsourcing of jobs, Apple dropped the deal and is now searching for an American company. Reminder: I will not say if I work for Apple or not. I will say, however, to trust whatever I say about Apple. Also: I know a lot about NBC Universal. Universal Studios in Orlando Florida, is currently building a Suess themed attraction that was supposed to open six years ago in their park, Islands of Adventure. Also, they are working on their Jurassic-Park themed section of their park to produce another ride. Also, I will reveal the following: For a few years, Universal has denied that they will make another Jurassic Park film. Well, even though they have denied that a director or actors are tied to it, a bit of the film has already been made in Studio 14 at the Universal Studios backlot in Hollywood. To keep my post Apple related: Apple is already working on a new iPod. It will not be availible until the middle of next year, if everything goes as planned. Edit: Also, what I do best is bashing Microsoft. So, for those of you with Quicktime, here is Steve Balmer (He works for Microsoft) dancing like a Monkey and screaming out "Developers" over and over again. This is a combination of two videos. www.flamingmailbox.com/maccomedy/movies/balmer.htmlSteve Balmer has also had his vocal cords worked on after screaming out "WINDOWS! WINDOWS! WINDOWS!" repeatedly at a Japanese confrence with developers.

I like the iPod nano and all but out of the nano, mini, and regular I like the Mini the best because you can program the amountof memory you want. Besides it is soooo cutesy!

The mini or any iPod didn't have programable memory. The memory (60GB, 30GB, 1GB) is the models released for that iPod. None of the iPods have programmable memory, they just have memory. Either half, all, or none of that memory can be filled.
Apple is currently battling ABC and the stars of Desprate Housewives. ABC dosen't like how Apple is charging $1.99 per show with no commercials. ABC's shows may be taken off the iTunes store. Nothing is yet known. Also, Apple is one step closer in making a deal with NBC Universal to allowing their shows on the iTunes Music Store. NBC met with Apple yet again today.
EDIT! NEW PRODUCT RELEASE: Today, Apple upgraded their Power PCs and Power Books. The "Power" line is some of the world's fastest Personal Computers. They are used primarily by graphic artists.

The new iPod is a bit smaller than a baby chicken wearing a cowboy hat.

I will not confirm or deny this, because, really, I have no idea if Apple is really going to go with this idea or not. I have just heard the idea "tossed" around between the design executive, Steve Jobs, John Rubenstein (sp), and the head of the iTunes department (I am not allowed to give his name). The idea is for a Madonna edition iPod nano that will be pink. Also, an idea is to put a camera into the iPod.
As I said, I have no idea if Apple will go with these plans, however, they want to do something with Madonna. She was featured in an iChat AV demo when the iPod nano was announced.

No it wasn't. Apple released a iTunes section where you can instantly buy all of her songs. From what I have heard, Apple wants to do more with Madonna and release a pink iPod nano. Before Steve Jobs announced the iPod nano, he spoke with Madonna over iChat AV.
EDIT: Apple is going to relese a new product soon, possibly before Christmas. I am not sure. They are going to relese a new product definatly at the Apple Expo in January. I know what the product is, I will just not post anything about it here. I will tell you this, though:
If at the end of this year PDAs become popular, Apple will possibly release a SmartPhone. Steve has been opposing the idea, but, it just depends on sales. A Smartphone is a PDA and a cell phone together in one package. Back when Sculley was CEO of Apple, the Apple Messagepad PDA was relesed with a pricetag of $1,000. It was a good PDA, but nobody bought it and it was discontinued in 1998. I still have one. They are awesome.
Apple is thinking of stepping into the cell phone and PDA market because of low sales of the ROKR.
It is only a possibility. Though, there are many more concepts and ideas passing through the Cupertino offices. Since, I am not directly linked to the team, I don't know exactly what some products are. I only have limited information.

iPods are corporate scum. That said, I'd die without my mini.
Now, Snicket. Please. Just...STOP. It's not nice, or amusing, or even particularly interesting for that matter. It's just really irritating. And if Apple needs to advertise on mesage boards for teenagers, it's obviously quite desperate.
