Why do we only have to vote for two? Polls usually consist of maybe five or six contestants being voted for. Isn't Pirahtee already a mod, so if she is voted and wins, won't you have to have another poll for someone to take her place?

[glow=red,2,300]As far as I know I will not be giving up my job as mod, however I have already discussed with ADR that I would like an additional mod to assist me whether or not I get the position. And if I do have to give up my position if I get this job I think that Jemima would be a good candidate as mod of my section. Or Wasabi. They both have posted there a lot and know the general rules of the section. [/glow]

I don't mind not having a long application because, who wants to be sitting there for ages typing something that is not going to matter virtually at all. Even though I typed a bit it was a instinct not to go over the top and start repeating myself...
Yep, so I think that all you have to do is read people's posts and if you can understand them then there is no problem.

So basically whoever wrote the most and said the nicest things about you wins? We've been trying to be nice to you. We've been offering suggestions. You're ruining 667. Why do you refuse to even try to improve?

Umm lets see... how about you just shut up? Whevever I try to do what you want polls applications, whatever, you just find something new to whine about dont you? Besides who said I dont look at what they wrote about past experiences mister know it all? Erm, how about YOU shut up and speak for yourself? ::)This is the first post I've made on this forum truly speaking out against you, I've tried my best to support and help you but you're ridiculous, you're like a child. You say that I'm whining constantly when I'm doing no such thing, and the only person I can see whining around here is you, complaining that we don't like the things we do, and that we want you to change things or do things, or not do things. Welcome to the world of being an admin, ADR. Now get a grip and start actually listening to what your members are saying instead of just rolling your eyes at it and being rude.

ADR, I think people are angrier that you respond rudely to them than they are with the decisions you've made, by this point, actually. Sure, they may not agree with your decisions, but then again you are admin and can disagree with them as much as you want. The thing that keeps making people angry at you is the way you disagree with them. Rolling your eyes and calling someone a whiner repeatedly is going to make anyone angry, whether they supported you in the first place or not. If you don't agree with someone, it's just a lot more tactful to tell them you don't agree without taking every chance to insult them and without making childish outbursts.
As for this current decision, I personally think, along with others, that there should have been more than two people to vote on. But then, you are the admin. Besides, Jemima and Songbird are good choices. The only real problem is that you continue to roll your eyes and yell at people that disagree with you. Sixteen and Dupin, who have never actually made posts going against you, have now had enough and are angry. So please, try to think before posting something angry. Yelling at people only turns them against you.

I'm not voting. What's the 'or else'? Threatening members isn't going to make them like you or do what you say. Grr, I'm going to whine because then when you claim that I was whining you'll actually be right for a change. *whine* Now, you may roll your eyes at me and call me whiner because I give up. I don't like you.

My God. This is madness, pure and simple. Someone needs to teach ADR how to deal with the forum; it's not all her fault, she was just thrown into right into it. Still, her behaviour has been digusting, I think we need some sort of interim admin while Trag teaches ADR how to actually rule.
Who's in for a good old public n00bkilling?

I'm thinking that if people weren't taking advantage of her and using her to change the forum, we wouldn't even know how incompetent she is. The forum should have just kept going without any changes to mod positions and new boards and the like.
She's still a jerk though. Can females even be jerks?
