The Staff (an unknown menacing entity, or a group of menacing entities) has decided that it would be amusing to play a little game with the lives of some of the members of 667 Dark Avenue.
The members have been shipped off to Hotel Bratwurst on a classified island, on the premise that they will have a free vacation all to themselves. When they arrive at the hotel, however, they are told that they’ve entered nothing less than the set of a reality TV show- and the ferry won’t return for days.
The contestants are stranded together in a hotel with people they have never met.
But they know exactly which tortures to use.
And now, ladies and gentlemen, may I present to you… E-FRIENDS!
You all should have caught the first episode on channel 500 at 1:45 last Tuesday morning.
So here is our second episode, free of any and all tedious introductions:
----11:35 PM----
Suddenly, a sound is heard from the end of the hall. Camera 6 briefly shows a flash of brown hair, supposedly Jessica storming down the hall.
“That’s it! I won’t stand for this!” screams a voice which is definitely Jessica’s.
Chris pokes his head out the door of his room, which is abnormally silent. “What the hell!? Keep it down!”
Jessica grabs camera 3.
“I am NOT going to share a hallway with this fish-loving midget!”
“Who? Kate?” Chris asks sleepily.
“No, you freak! Tyler! He won’t leave me alone!”
“He’s not doing anything,” Chris explains. “Go back to sleep.”
On camera 4, Tyler is busy growling menacingly at the camera. It seems innocent enough. The Staff would like to let you draw your own conclusions.
----2:00 AM----
“Zach? Zach…? Zach! For crying out loud, open your freaking door!”
Camera 8 sparks into life to show Kate knocking on room 154.
The door opens, and Zach sleepily steps out. He’s dressed in a Radiohead t-shirt and Fuzzy Bear pajama pants. The Staff thinks he looks rather dashing in those pants.
“What the…”
“Good morning, sunshine!” Kate is beaming.
“What? What’s wrong?” Zach asks, blinking his eyes against the light of the hallway.
“Nothing, I just got a little lonely in my room… so I was wondering if…”
The camera flickers.
“… if I could borrow your Radiohead CD’s that you freaking promised to lend to me yesterday.”
“Dude, it’s like… two in the morning…”
“Oh, I know. I just felt like a little Karma Police or something.”
“It’s two in the morning.”
“Yes, very clever… so can I borrow them or not?”
“It’s two in the morning.”
“Yes… I didn’t ask for the time reports. I must have your CD’s!”
Mumbling inaudibly, Zach slams the door in her face.
“Some people are just so rude.” Kate sulks off to her room.
----6:00 AM----
Camera 1 has been disconnected. This camera was pointing toward the master suite door, to make sure no one would enter. Someone must have cut the cord, looking for some privacy maybe. Or two people looking for privacy. The Staff wonders who it could be…
