I have no idea what a Columbusian accent would sound like.

Those impresions sound funny. Are you okay with recording them and showing them to us? Yeah I'm fine with that. (after all, how can you find out my real name if you know my voice? [and really I don't care if someone knows my real name though it is nice that they don't]) I just need to find the time. I don't have it at the moment.

Columbusian accent. Except I say soda, not pop. I know why but I can't stand when people say pop. It doesn't even sound like a thing. As for me I'm from New Jersey. I'm not Italian or anything though. I've never actually heard a stereotypical Jersey accent in real life. I think I say some things wierd though, like coffee, talk, and stupid. I don't notice it when I try to tell, but in normal conversion I probably say coo-wa-fee, too-walk, and stee-oo-pid, except not nearly as bad as that. You can only very faintly hear it sounding like that, if that makes sense.

When I try to say words to myself to know my accent, I have an american accent, but when I speak to other people in English, on a trip or something, I get this ugly, heavy, brazilian accent. I don't know why. My brain just freezes and I sound like an idiot, which angers me, because I know I can sound better than that.

I want to hear F.D's voice, accent or not. Apparently I'm developing a British Columbia accent now, according to my friends. I'm pleased by this.

Ergh, I hate how my voice sounds recorded. I'll think about it.

I always forget that English isn't your first language, FD. Columbusian accent. Except I say soda, not pop. I know why but I can't stand when people say pop. It doesn't even sound like a thing. Heh. I don't say either. I say fizzy drink. The Australian accent is ridiculously exaggerated by most who attempt it. (Like that guy in the second video I have in the first post.) Or, they get it completely wrong, and it sounds like some weird mixture of Irish and cockney, or something.

I always forget that English isn't your first language, FD. I'm taking that as a compliment Yep, it is. My accent is hard to pinpoint. I am from Wisconsin, but some think I'm from Illinois, Washington, British Columbia, Ontario, or Washington, DC. There was a sales associate at the MAC store in the Mall of America who thought I was from Northern California. Here's a video of me doing the Accent Tag. So, judge for yourself. I'll try my best to spell out how I pronounce some of those words. Syllables with stress are in caps. Comfortable [KUMF-te-behl] Orange [{short o}-ringe] Roof [roof] Route [root] Drawer [dror] Pecan [PEA-ken] Carribbean [Ker-RI-bee-en] Crayon [Krey-on] Envelope [EN-ver-loap] Edit: That should be more like [AIRN-ver-loap] Data [DAR-ta] Also, I put less emphasis on "r"s.
