why are people scared of spiders? I never understood why. OMG BC THEY ARE SO SCARY! They freaking are just terrifying things. In the holidays I was just hanging out the washing and then BOOM HUNTSMAN ON MY FREAKING HAND AHHHH! Plus like all of Australia's spiders besides daddy long legs, golden orbs, and huntsmans are like wh9le new level poisonous. Thet had a thing on the news about redbacks in Japan being a plague, hen 5hey showed some that were as big as freaking like apricots. APRICOTS WHAT THE HELL! I like flipped a table in fear. People are so scared of spiders because they are the most insidious sinister malignant awful things in the world

tbh, im guessing the only reason most of you are so chill about death is bc you're so young. its an understandable fear. To me it seems the older you are the more okay you get with it though Like I don't know if this is just me but when I was about 8 (maybe younger) I had this pretty distinct and sudden realization that I was going to die and would have what I can only describe as panic attacks pretty often. They might happen periodically but they've definitely subsided over time. So for me at least whatever aging I've done has only let me figure out to deal with the anxiety (time hasn't made me MORE afraid, anyway). From what I know of others (which is I guess primarily through reading and media and stuff, since people tend to not like to have conversations about death when I hang out with them) time has made them more chill. And then there's always the talk of the elderly becoming ready and welcoming death without regrets and all that sheesh. I've never really heard about concerns of death from like an average 40-50 year old's point of view I guess because it seems like they're often in the unfortunate spot between the younger ages of dealing with death for the first time and the older ages of it being sooner impending.... So I don't know how long the anxiety lasts. It probably lasts forever for some I guess. There's the mid-life crisis and all and I guess that's part of dealing with death maybe... Idk where I was going with this post. I guess I was saying that for me anyway the most anxiety happened when I was younger and I really can't imagine getting MORE anxious... Maybe I'll relapse but I really can't even fathom that haha salsa
