I honestly have no idea, the shortest distance I run is 5000m ok brag! jk I wanted a brag. that's rad. you're training for a marathon right? do you have like a goal time? also i had to literally google papilla lollll but also rad, I'm planning on getting a nipple piercing, any advice?? Haha, I think I should try running a mile sometime. I was, but I've had a bunch of health issues that have caused me to take a bit of a back step, mainly due to underfuelling I think. I'd love to try for sub 4 hours and then take it from there but my priority is getting better first Lie down and tuck your hands under your bum in advance so you won't reflexively reach for your nipples when they're pierced lol. Also take some Painkillers in advance because they'll throb a bit for an hour or so after

I work in the sustainability dept of a multinational energy company, so I basically do officey tasks relating to legal environmental compliance and improving on sustainability/net zero targets across the business
I would say I do enjoy it, but more than anything I enjoy the comfortable life my job allows me to lead, and the fact that I have the space to pursue other interests and passions outside of what pays da bills

as 667's physics expert maybe you can answer this - how many holes does a straw have? Idk if this is a trick question but my 1st instinct is 1?? interesting. i feel a thread derail incoming, but there's no real correct answer. people say if you say a straw has 1 hole, then you would have to also consider a hollow ball with a hole on one side and a hole on the opposite side to be just one hole in the ball.

A sub 4hr marathon sounds ideal, I've been looking up training plans lately myself . Running can be rough on the body 4 sure though so it's good you're taking breaks and getting better before pushing too hard. You prefer running outdoors, indoors, or both? both good calls. thanks lol

Usually in the summer but only really in the day time it's too hot to run. Post 7pm or before 10am it's usually still okay
