It's very disturbing. I don't think any of the boys found it attractive... Then again, I was in 2nd grade way back then.

I know what you mean. I hate it when like 7 and 8 year olds try to dress and act like high school kids. it's distrubing and annoying.

Hmmm, let's see. Pokemon was quite a big craze in the years 2000-2002, and I remember all my friends having all the trading cards and even soft toys and t-shirts, and I never liked it. Tamagatchi was popular in the years 1997-1999, and I remember having about 3, and all my friends had them too. Spice Girls were very popular from 1996-1999, and there was everything, and I mean everything, sold for them. I remember having a poster of Baby Spice on my ceiling, haha! ^_^ Beanie Babies were popular in 2000/2001, though I still have lots of them, but don't really rush out to buy new ones anymore. Harry Potter only came to fame here just after the film came out (though I started reading the books exactly two years before, I remember buying them one Sunday and then reading them at my aunty's barbeque), Titanic was only slightly popular, and Orlando Bloom wasn't really much of a craze in the 90s', just recently.

In the UK The Spice Girls were HUGE! They had barbie dolls, cards, photo albums, books, the lot! Nearly every girl (and some boys) you ask in the UK adored them. i liked the movie...

I never saw the movie. just the previews.
"is my dress too short?" "no." *hikes up dress* *high fives*
I heard that scene wasn't even in the movie.

I ahd super freaky experience at the movie. At the ned, The spice girls came on screen and said "You've got a really nice dress on" and I said (I was stupid and only like, 5) "It's a skirt" and the girls on screen said back to me "WEll, It's a very nice skirt then". Freaky.

Man, I hate Spice Girls.
But I voted for the wonderful-everlasting HP!
Yeah, right.

I loved the spice girls. In fact, I still love the spice girls. They were a very good fad.
