i go first day american school today. was very frightened no one is understanding what i says. has no friend. teacher tell me it is must use of periods. not very good very frightened  |

Good luck. I have a friend who came here from Hong Kong and has only beeen speaking English for two years, and her English is great. You'll adapt, don't worry. Do you take any English classes? You know, where you learn English? Those are very helpful. And Olaf, "write" is spelled with a "w" genius. Maybe thoes litterate friends of your's could give you a few lessons.....

i know people who cant speak well but right GREAT! Duuudee... You should really think about what you say. The kid just moved to the States and he just started going to school there. He's been speaking English for like 3 days. I think he's Japanese. I bet you didn't even know that. Why do you always have to shoot off your mouth before you know the story? |

Some of my friends are from Korea, and have been speaking English for less than two years, and they speak very well. Don't worry, if they can do it, you can do it.
