Why? I need them more that you do! I don't like being called a newbie.

yes, but it's pretty annoying when the "older" members think they're above the newbies. they seem to think that we can't think up any good theories in the asoue boards and just criticize everything we say. when i first joined, it *DID* happen.

I wouldn't complain Professor. You're posting like a mad man. And being new only lasts for five posts or so. So don't whine. Post often and all you problems are solved.

I know I am a newbie.
It just makes me feel inferior.

~*~yeah...i know they sumtimes think they're better...but not all of them are like that...it's ok to be a newbie...everyone was a "newbie" at one point in time...you just get over it.~*~

Well, a lot of them have been nice to me (ie swans) and some just don't talk to me (ie most everybody else)
*shrugs*
I think I will always feel like a newbie.

Sheesh, all of you. I don't feel superior to any of you. Feeling bad because you're new is dumb, and besides, how many of you have tried to talk to anyone else? And don't I count?

no, wasn't talking about you, there was this person when i first joined who said all my ideas were stupid and that i had copied them from a site, and usually he ended the message by calling me a newbie or something. it didn't upset me, but i thought it was pretty arrogant.

~*~well...i understand that...i mean you have to let people get to know you...they may not come up to you and be like, "Hi. How are you?" i wish it was that simple...sometimes you just need to go out on a limb and meet someone new. it would make things a lot easier...no complaints. for those people who think they're better than others because they've been there longer...well you're going to meet people like that...you get used to it and like i said you get over it...not everyone is like that.~*~
