I assumed you'd take the pessimstic side of yesterday.

I don't think he should get his accounts back. It says in the decrees (or somewhere, I'm too lazy to go and check) that if you delete your account/get banned you can't get it back. Although it says that they're a few exceptions, I don't think Poe is worthy enough to be an exception.
