Karma is explain on 'My Name is Earl' as if you do something good, something good happens to you. It makes me laugh.

Unfortunately, here Karma isn't used to reward someone for doing something good, or punishing someone for doing something bad. People use it to exalt people they like and smite people they don't like "just because". It really is pointless and doesn't really prove or disprove somebody's worth.

I agree, but I am the admin of a different board, and the karma power can only be given to everyone or nobody. Something to ask Proboards about.

I agree. Karma is stupid.

Yes Karma is rather worthless, I'm now taking it as a way to make lesser known members feel good for having a Karma point. Thanks Linda, for the idea. Also I'm not sure how but I ended up with lots of Karma, an other example of just how little Karma proves.
