But the husbands fault for not taking her with him. She wouldn't have gone across if it wasn't for him. Now that I think of it, I think:
1.Husband 2.Wife 3.Asassain 4.Lover 5.Boatman
That's what I think now that I've thought more. Which means:
1.Love 2.Fun 3.Money 4. Sex 5. Magic
Hm..that refelcts me more, as I don't care for sex or magic at all. And I like Love. And Fun. And money, cause I's having a fit cause 60 quid went missing from my money.

It's not the husband's fault as much as the boatman for being an ass and not letting her go across without 50 cents.

Yeah, I do think it was mainly the assassin's fault more than anyone, if he had not been there, she would probably not have died. I put the wife first, though, because if she was truly that afraid of the assassin she could have stayed at her lover's house or something... even if she did get caught, she'd prolly still be alive... and her husband could divorce her and marry someone who didn't cheat on him And it really wasn't the husband's fault at all...

The boatman was just trying to make a living. It's not like the wife bothered to explain her situation to him..
The husband probably wasn't giving enough, or the wife wouldn't have needed a secret lover. ;-P
Maybe the husband hired the assassin.

I doubt it. I keep changing my mind!
Now I think:
1.Assasain 2. Wife 3. Lover 4. Husband 5.Boatman

Well, if it's what's important to you, then it makes even less sense, because it doesn't reflect me at all... I put assassin first, because he did the act of killing her (he could have chosen a different profession, killing her was his choice), then the wife, because if she didn't leave in the first place, she wouldn't have that predicament, then the lover, because he was a jerk and didn't care that she would die, then the boatman, because, though he was trying to make a living, he could have been a bit more generous given the circumstance, then the husband last, as he had nothing to do with anything, it's not his fault his wife was cheating on him and an assassin showed up.
Anyways, I got money, fun, sex, magic, then love, which is way out of order of importance for me. Sex and magic should be at the bottom, as I'm a virgin and plan to stay away from sex until I'm married, and I tend to stay away from magic (though that's a different discussion entirely). I still don't see how it's s'possed to line up, or what a boatman has to do with magic (it seems to me he'd represent business, or something like that). *is still confused about it majorly* Does your book explain how the thing works?

But if the husband just let her go, then none of it would have happened.

But maybe he was really unable to take her. It was a business trip, after all, those aren't always open to spouses to come, too. Besides, she could have sat home, rather than go see her lover.

The Husband said she couldn't come because she's be a waste of space.

Perhaps there was only enough room in the hotel room or whatever for those on the business trip.

The real question here is: What the heck does respondable mean?

1:BoatMan(If there's an assasin, the woman should be able to cross!) 2: The woman(Don't cheat! Cheating BAD! No cheating GOOD!) 3: The assasin( He's an assasin! That's just bad!) 4:The lover(50 cents you cheapo!) 5: The Husband(Poor man!)
