i sickest i've ever gotten was these awful sinus headaches, and i had to go to the hospital for it... not a pleasant summer. i'm afraid of getting mono.. a ton of people in my family have gotten it before, and my dad got it the worst.

your lucky. if i lived in calf., i would try to learn to surf. i got stuck living in illinois . living in the farm state is terrible becasue id love to live in a big city.

but doesnt anesthesia make people barf?!?! i hope my doctor doesnt make me have them out ever!! It can only make you throw up if you've eaten within 6 hours before the surgery. Now some people may react to anesthesia differently than others. Just follow the doctor's instructions and you should be fine. (if you have to have them out) Another thing is they may give you a pill. When I had to have my wisdom teeth out, the oral surgeon perscribed a pill called Zofran. It's to prevent nausia. What the instructions say is take 2 tablets with a small (and I mean small) sip of water 1 hour before the surgery. I don't know how often it's used, but you can ask your doctor or anesthesiologist about it.
