In one book it says that Lemony meets Beatrice at ONE of the MANY masked balls the duchess of Winnipeg has, but what if later, when they says their looking for Montys reptiles is ANOTHER completely different ball. Besides, i reckon both Quagmire and Baudelair mansion burnt down at the same time. BAudelaires went to Olaf, Monty, Josephine, Lucky smells and then prufrock prepretory, while the Quagmires went straight to the school, then after a few months they left the orphan shack
