For caring, I though Olaf would care less than that.
If you were to put a picture on the cards, you could use fire. Um, categories: creativeness/ideas(inventions/creative ideas, etc) or Determined-ness

While this is a GREAT, great, totally awesome idea, your "Caring" ratings are a little, um-well, to be bluntly honest, they're really off. For example, Esmé cares about fashion, fire, and Olaf.That's not alot if you ask me.I'd give her a 2 on caring.Josephine cared about her own safety and *drumroll*... GRAMMAR! I'd give her a 2. The Volunteers Fighting Disease cared soooooooo much, I mean, they healed sick people! That takes a lot of caring!They should have an 8 on caring!
