Excellent! That would explain the letter to K in TSS. If anyone intercepted it, they would think it a mere children's book. Then, once he was finished with the book completely, he would publish it properly. Excellent, I suggest you go make a theory, before I do, and steal it ;D.

Not too important, but Snicket's idea of "many years," is very skewed. In one book (Although I don't remember which at all, but I know for a fact it said something like this.) he said "many years had passed..." and it turned out to be 2-4 years max, perhaps many years means just a few?
