I haven't heard this before. Could you say more about it? (Which of them was not sent to Prufrock Prep?) My own feeling is that Handler intended it to be the Quagmires, but since in the end it doesn't fit what we hear of their story - Quigley never hid in a snowman - I accept as a retcon Dante's theory that it is the two chidren later recruited by Kit, together with a mysterious lost brother of theirs.
