I think we have Lagaan at the library here... so, you may want to check yours, if they make movies available.
I remembered another foreign movie I like, it's a French one, called "The King of Hearts." It's quite amusing. It's during WWII, I think, and the Germans planted a bomb in a French city, so the city is evacuated while a British man is sent to try to find and diffuse the bomb. Meanwhile, the insane asylum is left open, so the insane basically take over the town, and make the British guy their king. I very silly, cute, funny movie.

Whoa, I caught King of Hearts on TV once, but I thought it was just a dream XD Thank you for verifying my reality! I really wanna watch that again.

There was a movie I thought was a dream... it was about a balloon, and it followed a kid around... or something. I discovered it wasn't a dream when they showed it at the library to kids for some event or other.

...Maybe I'm battling for world domination, under the cover of shelving books. The library is a government job, after all. And, it's an air-conditioned government job. It's quite nice to walk into a building like that after walking a mile in 80 degree weather (which it nearly was today).
