ok, well switchfoots not really emo, but theyre still super good. emo isnt really well know, so if you dont know these bands, dont be surprised: ...alkaline trio... zomg alkaline trio!!1111 I heart Alkaline Trio. They're one of the few rock/punk/emo/whatever bands that I like. Anyway, they are TEH BOMBB, so... yeah. |

I've heard many varieties of music (Linkin Park, D12, Yellowcard...) and so far The Magnetic Fields are the best I've heard.
What I'm getting at... personal taste has a lot to do with it.

Yes, personal taste has a lot to do with good music taste. Just because you think some band is good doesn't mean others will, and just because you say a band sucks doesn't mean others think it'll suck. There is no such thing as good music taste, cause it all depends on personal taste.

ehy, dude, the bands and songs you like are totally dependant on personal choice! you cant tell someone that a band they like is horrible, becuase it really doesnt matter what yoy think about their music. Tyler is right, there is no official person decideind which music is bad or good. It all depends on who's listening to it. Ive had plenty of exposure to all different types of music, an i dont like rap, but im not ignorant enough to tell someone who likes rap that they shouldnt listen to it simply because i dont like it. ok, end of discussion. lets get back to emo bands.
