While looking through my TBB book I noticed that in the first picture:o(the one with the Baudelaires standing on the trolley and the firetruck with the 2 firefighters, yes that one) one of the firefighters looks like he's looking straight at the Baudelaires. And the woman firefighter looks a bit like Justice Strauss (a bit like the one at the end of the book) Is it just me? Or maybe I'm being just being a little too suspicious?

That would be SO awesome if Handler gave us a map of the city! I would get it in the few seconds it would be out ;D.

Oh, a map of the city would be awes0me. But, then again, it might be easier just to visualize it the way YOU think it is. Hey, maybe that can be my next project! An above-view city map! Would anyone want to see my version of it?

a map would be really neat. I wonder what the name of the city would be, thus leads us back to the question: where does the series take place...

Do we have any cartographers on 667? I would draw a map of the city but I can barely draw a stick figure correctly.
My biggest bet is New York. Usually, people refer to the 'city' as "New York City' but then again, I could be wrong. In Garfirled, however, {yes, I am using the movie Garfield as an example, shut up}the setting takes place in New York City, and the signs all say "The City" and then an arrow like so, pointing to tall buildings ----> That was a pretty lame connection, I know, I'm just saying.
Oooh the manhole...I want to know if we will learn more about that manhole, even though it is unlikely the Baudelaires would go back to their hometown and fall down the manhole/tunnel leading to Gawd' knows what. I wonder if Helquist has drawn a map?

Hm...You know, I always assumed it was in England. I don't know, it juat always gave a kind of Engladish feeling out. I suppose it was rather stupid of me to assume that, there really was no /good/ reason to think that.

Did anyone notice the was an animal in the back of the truck? It looked like a leopard or some other big cat. Or it could have just been a dalmatian.
Also there appears to be a gargoyle of some sort looking at the fire engine or the Baudelaires' trolley car.
I think that it is The Cathederal of the Alleged Virgin because of the statues on the entrance.

If it is, then the crucial parts will probably be burnt or smudged.
