It says that I am moderator of Wicked World, the last section I have remained moderator of, and yet I can't even delete or move threads? Where are my mod powers?
Also, I strongly disagree with your decision to replace me as a moderator. Replace Snicket, if anybody, and put me back in. He's never on.

Look I definately understand why your not happy - I really do! But lets just say that if you wanted to keep your job you should have posted more thats all. I plan to delete you as moderator for Wicked World too but maybe if you promise to do your job from now on then you can stay? P.S. Snicket shall probably be replaced soon.

How does posting more reflect how well she does her job? Trish was always moderating her sections whether she posted in them or not. Alot of moderating is deleting/moving threads and you don't need to post to do that.

Pandora is right. Being a mod doesn't always require posting.

So she was supposed to know that you wanted her to post because of your power of telepathy?

She should have known that already. Is it too much to ask for that a moderator should post so that she can be a symbol of kindness and welcoming??? Is this some kind of new concept or something?

Most people don't think you're a symbol of kindess but you're still in power. Trish is wonderful to everyone whether she posts a lot or a little. I can't think of anyone that doesn't think she's kind. You may not have seen it but the rest of 667 has. If we didn't think she was doing a good job we wouldn't want her to be a mod again but there was a thread about getting her mod powers back and everything. She shouldn't have just been kicked out, especially when she does a good job.

Hmmm. You should have at least warned her, told her you weren't happy with her performance, given her a chance before getting rid of her.
And yeah, like she said, Snicket seems to come and go. He'll stay online for perhaps a week, then dissapear for a month.

And he's the only moderator to ever be hired twice as a joke.

Oh really? Well thats funny - because I want moderators to post as the person with the total highest post count on this forum, does this mean that i should be a moderator? i think you should look into that a bit, get some wheels moving, i hear snickets to be replaced soon

Alright., my major comment on this is that you need to tell people things. If you're going to establish new rules, you need to make a thread with them in it. People aren't going to change if they don't know what you expect. What may seem as common sense to you may not be to other people.

I agree with you all. All Due Respect, if you're going to expect people to follow new rules that you're making up, you need to post and publicize those rules. Nobody can read your mind or guess what you're deciding to do. It's just not fair to expect people to follow rules that they don't even know exist.

I understand what you are telling me but lets face it OK? Its just plain wrong that moderators were even ever allowed to stay with their jobs if they arent posting! Im actually kind of disappointed in Tragedy that he didnt change this sooner and let this major flaw be on Dark Avenue - cant you see that its important for moderators to post? Their like the HOSTS of the sections!
