It's all right that it's not done... I just really want to see it eventually... even the slightest smallest sneak peek... If you work on this, I promise I'll work on E-Friends... (no pressure on you ) I look forward to seeing it! ;D

Okay. Okay, um.. um um um. DON'T KILL ME. Okay, I've got the first page done and ready for viewing, but it's a very boring page, because a) nothing happens and b) swans isn't in it. It's mostly Chris, some of me and Kate, and a bit of Lauren. It starts where the last one ended. I think I'll turn this Hallowe'en special into a Christmas special. Somehow. Well anyway, it won't be over until we've celebrated Christmas too. The next page will have everyone else who wanted to be in it so don't fret. Oh wait, and before you view it, remember this: Don't kill me. I tried to make the CGing neater and better-looking, but the result is kind-of... tacky. Ew. But the next page will be better. Probably. Oh, and I changed the style a bit (or a lot, depending how you look at it). www.funkyfull.net/asoue/comic/pre-ep2A.htmlIt has a preloader because the graphic is freakin' huge. Like "whoa! It's gonna eaaat meee!" huge. *Goes to her corner*

*does the "Alli Has Perfected My Day!" dance*
THAT IS SO FREAKING AWESOME! I was laughing so much... Honestly, don't say such things about your artwork! That was even better than the first one, and you know how much I loved the first one...
"I had to call the men in white suits over to sedate you two..."
Alli, I could honestly hug you. WHEEE!
*showers Alli in gifts, including but not limited to five pounds of milk chocolate and...um...more stuff you'd really really like*
Excuse me as I prance off merrily to look at it again...

I am going to cry... THAT WAS FLIPPING FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AH! It's so good, I could like sing your praises all day Tacky? Eh? Not at all!!! I loved the slight shadow effects... and the subtle things... like how your eyes were all squinty in the first row... And Chris reminded me very strongly of something Jhonen Vasquez would draw... it's great! You should be a cartoonist, it's all I can say... I look so pretty!!! MY COSTUME RULES!!! You must send me clothes like that now so I can wear them The comic is my desktop picture now... I can't wait for the next one! (sorry if I sound like a pathetically crazed fanatic... but how can you not be with a comic like this?)

Whoa... much praise there. Hold on a second while I bask in this glory… Okay. Cool. I’m ready now to personally respond to the little peoples’ comments. Okay... wait one more second while I deflate my head... Yeah. Okay, I’m really ready now. So first off, thanks to Kate because that was really very touching, and I love chocolate. I’m glad you liked it. Your witch costume looked so much better on paper, forgive me. I know you didn’t complain about it, but you were thinking it. And rightly so, because it looks very boring. But I’ll try to make it better. And Lauren! I’m glad you liked it, too. I’m glad you noticed the subtle things. I was wondering if I shouldn’t have left them out… the shadows seemed a bit pointless at times, the curly/grungy/somethingish border around the panels were probably more trouble then they were worth… and the little things carved into the shack took some fooling around with layers and whatnot, and I wasn’t sure anyone would see them. And the letters I used... I did them all by hand on the computer. They're 3/4 of the reason this page took so long and they're barely legible. They are so out next time. Swans, there aren’t any credits… there won’t be ‘til the end, and I’m thinking that they will have another celebrity in them. Three guesses who. ;D … but send it to people who major in art? How embarrassing. … I guess the tackiness is just how the background doesn’t match the foreground. The background looks smooth (like the sky), textured (like the moon and the cardboard) and realish (like the woodish pattern on the shack walls). And also the door and around-the-door part in the third-last panel. There’s some lighting going on there, but it looks too smooth to be on worn wood (which is the look I was going for) and in the panel right after that there’s no lighting effect or anything, so it looks crappy. And also, I didn’t notice this until I’d finished to doing the shadows (the point of no return), but in the last panel Chris, Kate and I are in the wrong order. Bah. Besides those two things, there are a lot of inconsistencies (Chris’ fake facial hair changing sizes in every panel, for one). I wouldn’t say it looks professional, but compared to the last one… anything would I guess. Colton! Thanks! You know, when I was younger, that was my dream job.. drawing cartoons of people for money. Ha. Wow.. Slave Labor (It pains me to not put a U in “labour”.. it really does)… I love them (despite the American name). I doubt it, but I do appreciate that. I feel so… so special. Aw. Hugs all around! salsa, that’s long… I feel so egotistic. But thanks everyone. Yeah... I feel special. And I'm working on the second page. Oooer.

*gasp* The writing above the door... "Remember the wild swan" and "S+L", aren't they? HA! I love those... does the "S+L" stand for "Sam and Lauren?" And I adored the way you did the rough edges around the panels... it looks so awesome... it was the first thing I noticed ;D
