I don't think he needs therapy... Sigmund Freud, the father of psychology, often talked about the Oedipus complex, which is desire for one's mother. I could go on, but I've made my point... not all therapy would give you the results you're looking for Oy, what about the desire for someone else's mother?

Oh! Sorry Madameluna. Lack of sleep made me mix up the M names. You deserve your props for that one.

Aw, thanks! It's okay, lack of sleep does that to me too. One time I called law enforcement "coppery."

I've lost two boyfriends because I wouldn't sleep with them. Ironically, the only one I ever would've given my virginity to (and I was planning to) ran way from home before I got the chance. See the shcizophrenia thread if you want more info on that one. And I think giving/getting head, while not technically losing your virginity, is definitely cheating. And just as bad. So none of this "I've given five thousand blow jobs and I'm still as pure and virginal as the first snow!" crap, no you're not, shut up.

I think it's mean that people have to give up on their loved ones because they won't sleep/have sex with them.

<--- lost a fiance Ironic thing is he cheated on me, left me blaming it all on that I wouldn't sleep with him like two months before our wedding.. and now two years later guess who is crawling back? Yes, the jerk admits he was wrong and realizes sex doesn't equal happiness. Sorry jerk-off, you saw the light way too freaking late. *cheers for Swans* You are SO way better off without him...

I'm not even 12, so I'm a virgin.I've never kissed a guy, and don't plan to until I fall in love (with someone other than LS/DH) and am at least 15. I'm kinda torn between the virginity thing.I mean, I'd kinda like to stay a virgin until the day I die, but I know that ain't happenin', so I plan to do it my first or second year of college (in Berlin, Germany).

just out of interest, at what age would u think it was strange if someone was still a virgin or had not kissed (extra-virgin as i like to call it)? was just wondering cause i'm 16 and partly because of my beliefs im still a virgin..extra virgin too but not because of my beliefs.

Well, I'm 19 and still "extra-virgin," so... yeah. I don't think it'd be weird at any age, it shows you stick to what you believe in.

Girls wait until your 32. Boys wait til your 18.
do that and we'll cut our worldly problems in half.
