This is a one-shot story. It was actually mostly created by Pan and Neggie last summer, but I agreed to put it in story format... which I've finally done, now that it's over a year later. But anyways, that's why it mostly involves members who are no longer here.

Neggie paced back and forth in her room. Even though she was tired, she couldn’t sleep. All her friends, including those she spent time in prison with, had found happiness. In the process, they had left her alone… alone and miserable.
She found herself thinking more about the prison incident. Pandora, Swans, and she had gotten drunk. Before they even got in their cars to go home, they had been sent to jail for the night. All in all, it hadn’t been so bad. They had bonded a lot, and had passed a lot of the time by doing the Cell Block Tango. However, since that day, Swans and Pandora had been closer, and they ignored Neggie more and more.
Suddenly, Neggie got an idea. She started to dial Pandora’s phone number. “If I can’t be happy,” she whispered to herself, “no one will.” Once Pandora picked up, Neggie started sobbing. “Pandora… I… I’m so ashamed, I can’t just bottle it up anymore… remember when we were in jail? Well, when you dozed off at one point, me and Swans…”
She smirked when she heard the rage from the other end.
The next week was a hard one for everyone. Pan was cold to Swans, which led to Swans being cold to Pan, which led to both being cold to everyone else. At the end of the week, though, they were suddenly back to normal. Some heard reports that it involved a chicken, but no one was sure how it would fit in, and they were afraid to ask. They let it go, and were simply glad that everything was back to normal.
Neggie, however, was furious. Her plan to pit everyone against each other had been so perfect, and yet somehow it failed. There was only one thing left to do…
Soon after, people started dying. Some noticed that Neggie hadn’t been around much as of late, so naturally, the suspicion fell on her. This was fortunate, because that was where suspicion belonged, as Neggie was completely responsible for the deaths taking place. It was hard to convict her, though; the only time she was heard from at all, was every couple days when someone would come, sobbing, and report that Neggie had stolen their boyfriend.
A brief reprieve from this was some good, if unexpected, news: Melissa was pregnant with Kate’s baby.
Meanwhile, Colton was attacked by rabid monkeys. He thought all was lost, until a rescuer appeared, and ordered the monkeys away. When all was clear, Colton looked at who had saved him. “Tyler?” He paused. “…You’re half monkey?”
“No!” he exclaimed. “I’m not even part monkey! I’m half fish, and half human.”
“You’re a mermaid?”
“No,” Tyler explained. “I’m a human with gills and fins.”
“…And a tail and furry ears.”
“I’m not part monkey!”
A third voice joined in, saying, “someone hasn’t heard of evolution…”
It was BSam. He was passing by, while busy on a killing spree, one that was completely separate from Neggie’s. During this time, Luna, for no apparent reason, was attached to his leg. While BSam continued his spree, the two fell in love.
This did not bode well for Trish, however. Distraught and jealous, she sailed away on a quest to find her true love. What she found, however, was Sally’s grandpa. “Everyone thought you’d died in Hiroshima!” she exclaimed, after the initial introductions. He shook his head slightly in response. “I want to remember!” Trish cried.
“I’m sorry,” replied Sally’s grandpa, “but I don’t.”
Back at Dark Avenue, Celinra arrived, with a festoon of tennis players, as well as a large arcade game. “Your attention please!” she called. “Everyone interested may face off in a big dance party!” Gesturing to the arcade game, she explained, “Whoever has the highest score on Dance Dance Revolution will win the hand of Dupin. Begin!” At first, this went calmly. As it progressed, however, it led to a poison sword fight and mud wrestling. Finally, only one was left standing.
No one was paying attention, however. Pester, apparently, had a vision of the future. Unfortunately, no one believed her, so she was sent to an insane asylum. She ended up under the care of the orderly, BSam, who worked there when he wasn’t busy with killing sprees. Pester tried to warn him of her vision: That Sergio was about to be kidnapped the dastardly wizard Kobolos.
While this went on, several of the residents of Dark Avenue decided to visit an island. While there, they solved creepy mysteries… until they all got separated. At that point, they decided instead to form relations with everyone else’s boyfriends and girlfriends. After a while of this, they happened to find their way back together, at a place where they discovered a creepy artifact.
Back at the insane asylum, Pester had another vision. In it, she foresaw Souffle’s death. She was just about to tell BSam about it, when she fell into a coma.
On the island, Melissa picked up the creepy artifact. Instantly, she was possessed by evil demon spirits. She turned, and without a word, killed a person with a convenient sharp stick that was lying on the ground, before falling to the ground. No one knew who the killed person was, but they had to follow the rules: Melissa had to be sent to the death chamber. Kate, upset at this news about the future mother of her baby, immediately formed a plan. She would gather a group of giant penguins, and fight to save Melissa’s life.
Colton and Tyler arrived back at Dark Avenue, still arguing about whether or not Tyler was part monkey. While walking, they passed Kobolos, or rather, someone who looked like Kobolos. However, no one took notice of the fact that it was actually Senor Jorge Kobolos, his cousin. As they walked past, Kobolos froze, then turned to look at Tyler. “Podría ser...” He grabbed Tyler by the shoulder. “Podía realmente ser… mi hijo perdido largo?"
Tyler stared at him for a minute. “You’re my… father?”
Kobolos was ecstatic. “¡Ahora tengo un hijo como heredero al trono malvado!”
Rikku, however, was not so thrilled. As Kobolos’ daughter, she had been heir to the evil throne. Now, it would all be ruined, unless she could act fast. She came out of where she had been lurking. “Tyler!” she shouted, “I challenge you to an angry death race!” Tyler gladly accepted. Eventually, the death race led to a big dance party, which had sexy results.
Elsewhere on Dark Avenue, Klaus was not happy. Mamba was always so pure, she was like “the truth”… and it annoyed him. He decided to call on dark forces, though no one was quite sure how. He made a deal with them, in order to seduce Mamba, to cause her to fall. Confident in his plan, he went to seek her out. However, despite all his attempts, she still resisted. To Klaus’ surprise, this all had the opposite effect of what he intended: Due to her goodness being put to the test, Mamba’s latent super powers were awakened.
She looked around, having lost all memory of the events leading up to the awakening. “Who are you?” she asked Klaus.
“I’m your long lost monkey’s uncle’s roommate,” he said, honestly.
“Thank you for bestowing me with these powers.”
“It was nothing,” he replied, an idea forming. “Any time you need help, I’ll be there to guide you.” With that, he vanished in a puff of smoke, which was an after-effect of the deal with dark forces. Mamba immediately decided that she would use her powers for good, and so she flew off to save happy little bunnies.
Meanwhile, there was a commotion going on at Sergio’s residence. Fortunately, because of the shock of finding his long lost son, Kobolos had not kidnapped him after all. However, people were accusing him of being a raper. He was innocent, but the way he looked scared people, and that was enough to cause a panic.
Ann heard the commotion, but didn’t hear clearly what the people were saying. She decided to challenge Sergio. When she finally was able to meet him, with no one else around, she said, “Sergio, I challenge you to a breakdancing competition.”
“…What?” was his response.
“You’re a rapper, right? That’s what everyone is saying, isn’t it?”
He paused. “Yes, yes it is,” he answered, not wanting another person scared of him. He accepted the challenge. Unfortunately, he lost. In a rage, he set a fire to the nearest house. It happened to be Pandora’s, resulting in her going to the hospital.
Swans was the first to visit her. “How are you doing?” she asked Pan.
Pan stared blankly, and said simply, “Who are you?”
The nurse came and took Swans off to the side. “She’s physically unhurt, but she has amnesia. We don’t know if her memory will ever be recovered.” This was not what Swans had wanted to hear. As soon as she learned who caused the fire, she went on a vendetta against Sergio and his family.
Meanwhile, at the circus, a unicycle star, Dragon’s Last Breath, got into a terrible accident while doing her act. She ended up in the hospital, where Mamba was volunteering. She started to nurse Dragon back to health, when Klaus appeared once again. “I must warn you,” he said, “you must choose between your Super Powers of Goodness, and this girl’s life.” With that, he vanished again.
This caused Mamba to snap. She began shouting random hero phrases, such as “Up, up, and away!” and “Captain Planet, he’s our hero!” It was decided that she should go to the insane asylum for a while, to clear her head.
While she was there, she met Pester, who had finally emerged from her coma. Together, the two were able to break out.
Kobolos had been living in a dumpster, eating absinthe-drenched cheese. “¿Qué mi vida ha venido?” he lamented. He noticed, though, that he was eating faster and faster, inhumanly so. He stood to stretch, and leaned on a nearby wall, which was promptly destroyed. “¡He ganado fuerza estupenda y la energía de comer rápidamente!” he exclaimed. “¡Debe haber estado con la combinación del ajenjo y del queso!”
With his new found powers, he decided to cause a famine. First, he had to get rid of Pandora, who had seen him while walking around in a daze. Using his super strength, he dropped a giant cheesecake on her, sending her back to the hospital, with a coma.
He proceeded to eat everything in sight, causing mass world hunger, and getting very fat. Mamba and Pester learned from Swans what he had done to Pandora, and went to stop him. “Manipulating cheesecake for the purposes of evil,” said Pester in the typical speech super heroes give before fighting the enemy. “This, I cannot allow.”
Pester and Mamba rushed to stop him. Unfortunately, his fatness gave him an advantage, and he simply stomped on them. They were trapped under his foot, about to be stomped into Super Hero Oblivion.
At that moment, Dragon died. Because Mamba had used her powers to attack Kobolos, she had unknowingly made the decision to let Dragon die. No one cared. No one, except her evil twin sister, who stood over her bed as it happened. Clenching her fist, she swore revenge.
Swans sat by the bed where Pandora was laying. She was doing her best to keep calm, because she had a rare, unnamed blood condition, which would cause her to explode if she went through too much trauma. Suddenly, the monitors attached to Pandora started screaming. As doctors rushed in, Swans began having a heart attack.
What will happen? Will Kobolos be victorious in taking over the world? Will Mamba and Pester somehow escape? Will Pandora be alright? Will Swans’ unnamed blood disorder take her life? Will Dragon’s unnamed twin sister take the lives of others? Will cheesecake ever redeem its good reputation?
The answers to these questions will be revealed… in Season 2*!
