Violet and Klaus go across (2mins) Violet comes back (1min). Sunny and Hector go across (10 mins) Klaus comes back (2mins) Violet and Klaus go across (2mins). Total time= 17 mins!
And the new puzzle is...
In the principality of Paltryville, the currency is the Debarker which is worth 100 Logs. The Bank of Potluck has just issued the new One Debarker note, but now want a coin system for the Logs. The plan is that you should be able to make ANY amount between 1 and 100 Logs by using just one or two coins. (The two coins can be the same or different.) What is the smallest number of different coins they need for their new system - and what are they?
