Incle monty was definately the best gaurdian. He actuall y cared for the orphans and gave them jobs that they enjoyed. Olaf tried tries to kill them every book, josephine cared more for herself and dear old ike rather then the Baudelaires, VFD tried to execute them, and VP nero was bay far the worst.
