it was amazing they cut some stuff and they added this really random scene with bellatrix attacking the burrow and htey didnt explain who the wolf dudes were also there was a lot of sexual tension but they didnt have any actual harry/ginny also ron/hermione it was really funny though it's the best one yet ginny isnt a great actor she speaks in monotone but it was really good when i was watching it i wasn't like wait why didn't they do that for the most part (UM EXCEPT FOR THE ENDING AND WHATEVER HAPPENED TO HARRY AND GINNY MAKING OUT 24/7 AND THEN HARRY BEING LIKE WAIT JK I HAVE TO SAVE THE WORLD THUS YOU CANT BE MY GF AND THE REMUS/TONKS STUFF WAS SO TONED DOWN IN AN UNNECESSARY MANNER) the only aprt i thought was bad was the part with the added scene there was a lot of tom riddle it was really good i really need to reread the book because Tragedy might be right about it being better than OotP it has all of the best parts of the series plus there was quidditch they don't tell you about remus and tonks you can tell but they dont have the big reveal also luna saves harry in the beginning on the train, not tonks they didnt have the fight scene but according to wikipedia that's because they dont want to overshadow deathly hallows i dont get why it was only PG it's so violent and it has such dark themes they did a really good job with all of the tom riddle stuff and they did a good job of making it funny and serious it matched the tone of the books better than any other HP movie also they didnt use the gay harry potter music oh and tom felton was really good. he made draco a really sympathetic character in a strange way.

My facebook news feed page today is everyone saying "Harry Potter was the best one yet" and things like that so I think I'm going to have to see it! But I'm always so sad at all the stuff they change or leave out.

also there was a lot of sexual tension but they didnt have any actual harry/ginny Interesting. Actually that might be a good thing, given they have to keep it short - Harry's romance is a very secondary thing in the story; his most important relationship is with his friends. You have to establish the attraction is there, 'cause it's important that in the end he's going to be married and have a family, but while the actual adventures are going on he's focused on other things. You mean there's no Ron/Hermione? Of course they don't really get off the ground till DH anyway. Well, that was rather clunky in the book - I'm all for Remus/Tonks, but I don't think it's terribly well-written. (As I understand it, she wanted to set it up so we would think Tonks was a spy, someone else in disguise, and then the big reveal would give us the real explanation of her odd behaviour - but I don't think many people got this.) AAARGH! I love Luna, but why does she keep getting other people's scenes? (Because Evanna Lynch is a great actress. Yes, I know.) And I always point to that scene when people say Tonks in HBP is useless - now we lose that. Oh, that's good - one of the great things about this book is the new depths we find in Draco.

Most touching moment - the one that made me cry? No, not Hermione's heartbreak over Ron. No, not DD's death. No, not the poignancy of Snape's actions, knowing the truth about my beloved Severus.
It was the bowl of lemon drops on Dumbledore's desk.
A tiny detail -- but for me, that said it all. It touched my heart in a way that no depiction of DD's funeral ever could. I blubbered like a baby.

Actually, Hermes, there's too much Ron/Hermione, I think. But DEFINITELY not enough Remus/Tonks!

I love ron and hermione but I hate how awkward they are and this movie was so much like twilight in that way. I thought there was the proper ammount of remus and tonks but not enough fred and george. When neville was a waiter at the party and he said hi to harry i was like "I bet thats his only line" and it was.
Anyway I liked the movie but I didnt think it was the best one yet. After the second one I think they're all pretty solid. Though the acting in this one was probably best and I love Harry when he is on drugs.

This was definitely the Harry Potter movie I enjoyed the most. There so many funny moments. The girl I sat next to basically talked to me the whole time, mostly whispering either predictions or wise-cracks in my ear... so I'll probably see it again next week to pick up details from the parts she drowned out.
I think Draco did a great job. I really felt bad for him at the end. Who the heck were those anorexic freaky-looking twins?
Also, at the very beginning when Harry tries to get jiggy with the waitress, I thought of Sixteen.

Harry on drugs? Harry trying to get jiggy with a waitress? Anorexic freaky looking twins? What film is this, for heaven's sake?
(Ron and Hermione are awkward in the book, though.)

Ok, I saw when it came out, and I definitely wished that the director could have added more Tonks. Also, Hermione doesn't tell Harry that she likes Ron. I agree with Tragedy. Tom Felton did do a great job playing Draco.

Ginny was really boring in the movie so we were hoping Harry would go back to that restaurant and get the waitresses number.
Tom Felton was good but I started laughing a lot when Luna and Harry were going to the party and Draco was just there in the corner looking emo.

How could there possibly be the right amount of Remus and Tonks if they left out their scene at the end?

Hey, what about Luna Lovegood??? She's the eccentric one & everyone ignores her (except for Harry of course).

Actually, the girl you were sitting next to was just hot so you weren't paying attention. I really liked it and there's no way I remember the specific details or even broad details from the book, so I don't really have any complaints. Fred and George and Ron were delicious as always, I love Luna, Harry and Ginny's kiss was awkward, poor dead bird, poor dead Dumbledore, and everybody jumped when that creepy thing grabbed Dumbledore and it was really quite hilarious. Whenever Snape was there, I kept thinking of that new Potter Puppet Pals and realized how well it captures his character.

Ginny has gotten so pretty. Riddle was creepy as hell. He was awesome. I love how they made him all blurry in the memory. I love/hate Bellatrix so much. Helena Bonham Carter is perfect. It was so creepy how the other Death Eaters were all solemn and serious, and she was skipping around and...well...playing. One of the eeriest scenes is where they are walking through the great hall, and she jumps up on the table and starts skipping around and kicking everything over. Love Potioned Ron was completely hilarious. Everytime I saw Snape I felt so sad. I wanted to go back and read Snape's Memory.
Oh and in the scene where McGonagall and Snape are examining the cursed necklace, I don't know if it's a trick of the light but they look see-through, it's bizarre. Watch for it.
