It's a similar situation for me. My parents would probably be curious as to why it's in the US, but I'm sure if I just said they were memoirs they might let me purchase it. Basically, I don't know, but I'll do everything I can to try to get it, as I would really love to read it.

Understood, F.D.; the reason I've chosen to release Pizza and Coffee under my true name is that I don't have to go through all that^ any more myself. I'd get the lecture about internet and strangers, etc. I appreciate the information, and I hope you are well. Is Kindle release something that would interest you guys? I have a kindle, and I think if some people had issues with shipping it would be convenient because you can just download the Kindle app. So everyone, voting is over. Pizza and Coffee wins I'll give you guys details later about when we start and everything.

Awesome. Thanks for those who voted.
I'll see what I can do about Kindle.
Edit: BSam's got the horrible early edition with no acknowledgement pages and bad typos. But the content itself isn't different.

Thanks, F.D.
If you haven't already, there's a free preview on Amazon if you want an idea of the book's content. I think acknowledgements are also included in the preview.

Just to let everyone know the book is back up on amazon. It's not an emergency with the kindle business I'm probably just gonna buy it as is. But if you do want a kindle edition please let Shelly know

I just bought the book the other day so I should have it tomorrow. So for those of you that may have trouble getting the book, if you download the kindle app from amazon you can read it on your computer without actually having a kindle once the book is available. How is everyone doing with getting the book so far? I'm hoping to start by the 20th at least.

I ordered mine about a week ago, and supposedly it's arrived (I just returned from a trip and haven't had the opportunity to check the mail). I'm really looking forward to this, though. I read the preview when Shelly first advertized it, and it reads truly down to earth.

it reads truly down to earth. That's awesome for you to say, Sherry Ann. That's what I intended when I was writing; a straightforward truth.
