This was an excellent challenge. Even on creativity points, since BSam wanted to make it culinary and Sophie wanted to make it about sandwiches. Both of you conducted yourselves nobly throughout the the contest, so you're even on character too. The sandwiches were both great and too different to be compared head-to-head. Basically, this is a draw. I'm going to give it to BSam based on seniority, but I'll keep Sophie in mind for another position that's probably opening up soon. Good job. As usual, making an arbitrary judgement for who wins. Lame. |

More of a Farmhouse Seed and Grain.
I was hoping to use spelt grain bread, but we had run out of it by the time I did my shopping, also it gets quite soggy.
I wasn't so much a fan of the proscuietto, I should have just stuck with bacon, otherwise it was a very nice sandwich, thank you Tragedy.

Prosciutto is awesome, what are you talking about? It's the reason my father stopped being Kosher when he was stationed in Italy. Prosciutto is a gateway meat.
