I don't have clear first memories of anyone here except Dante, who of course I found very erudite. I have checked back to see who greeted me in my arrival thread. It was Rellim! Also Libitina, the short-lived SuperBlindGuy, and someone called vbabe.

Also Libitina, the short-lived SuperBlindGuy, and someone called vbabe. Wow, you must be lucky! I rarely ever went into that section because in those days there was enough going on elsewhere in the forum. I'm going to attribute the fact that you're still around to the warm and inviting welcome you received from me upon your arrival. |

Gosh, my first impression of most people was...hmmm I guess I only was really interested in the serious side. I PMed some salsaty theories to Dante that he posted (likely out of guilt). And then some theories I posted by myself, which got shot down by the smart people over here. And then I guess I started to post (can't remember for the life of me  ). I don't remember who my "first 667er friend" was, but the first person I actually ever knew of was Dante. Gee I remember that theory. It was about the Female Finnish Pirates, wasn't it? And you'd logged in a few times before submitting that without actually posting anything, and when you finally started posting everyone was just like, "nope, nope, OVERRULED". Well the first threads I saw were the Great Reread threads, where most of the posts were made by Dante and Hermes, so I was surprised at how old the members were. Also at that time Fredy was the only teen I remember. Everyone else was twenty. Then Bee and Sophie joined and they formed the spam squadron. |

I remember I thought Terry was a serious Snicketologist and then when he said "Who the potato are the Kardashians?", I was surprised he would say a swear word. Yeah, I don't really like the Kadrashins from what I've seen. Also I guess this somehow mirrors my real life behaviour. At first I can be quite reserved to people I don't know, but once I get to know them I like letting myself be. I wasn't always like that, as a kid I was shy more often than not. Now I kind of care less about what someone else might think about me. And I'm still a Snicketologist, I'm just eagerly awaiting the next book and its promotions. My first impression of you was pretty much as I see you now: you're pretty cool and have an even cooler taste in music and write pretty great fics. |
