I know, but what I meant is people who have little habits saying they have OCD. I know what you mean. I'm not entirely sure which of the two I am, somewhere in between. It's not debilitating in any way, but i way over use the germ killing hand cleaner spray at work. I don't know if it's a strange habit or if i "need" it in some unconcious way. I guess the tell is not the doing of the habits, but how uncomfortable and distressed you get when these habits are broken by outside forces. I can cope with road works ruining the correct way i cross at the lights to get to work. but i potatoing hate it. I could just shrug and get on with it, but it really bugs me twice a day, once to work and once coming home. please don't potato with my routines people. i hate my life enough as it is, please don't make me do various actions in the wrong order as well. given the above, and how much i care about it, i'd classify that as mild OCD, and not just having habits. feel free to correct me, but don't expect me to be comfortable with that

As long as someone hates it, of course. Im sure there enough people who hate my life, so i don't have to bother.

I guess the tell is not the doing of the habits, but how uncomfortable and distressed you get when these habits are broken by outside forces. Yes, that's probably right. Most of my habits have something to do with going to sleep, or things I do before going to sleep, so when I don't do that I just can't sleep.

Yeah, I agree with what BSam says. Sometimes though, I feel I'm not justified to complain about things like that though, because like I really don't know if I have it that bad. Like, I get anxious about stuff, but doesn't everyone? I have habits, and routines, but doesn't everyone? My friends at school seem to be among the worst people ever, but hey, there's so many out there that are worse, so shouldn't I be thankful. I have this thing where I kinda hate nearly everyone, but doesn't everyone? Like that. I think I have problems, but really I can't complain. Really I should just be happy that I'm good at looking happy, and bottling up my salsa where it doesn't hurt. Sorry if that was all a bit mopey. Hopefully it wasn't as mopey as I'm feeling, because that would be bad

I used to think I love studying them, but then I realised that I just want to find out what's wrong with me.
