Luckily my wisdom teeth have been and I think still are growing really slowly, like over years, so I hope I don't have to have any operations.

9-30% of the population never grow wisdom teeth, so good on them I guess. Normally dentists consider your teeth not growing in a disease, but the back molars are such odd ones out that they are excluded.

My dad got his out at 33 and 35 so...

I only had 2 wisdom teeth, on my bottom jaw. They had broken the gum for almost a year when I got them taken out because there wasn't enough room for them to come in all the way and apparently when teeth are only partway in it's impossible to clean them properly and bacteria builds up. The tooth right next to my right wisdom tooth got a cavity and started hurting and so when I went to the dentist for that he took them out. Since they were already grown and stuff he just numbed my mouth and pulled them out with some sort of special dentist pliers and I still have my two teeth in a little bag; they're big and have roots and stuff, not like baby teeth where the roots are dissolved.

Wow cool. My mum still has one of her wisdom teeth too, with roots and all. I only have all teeth in my mouth, and I kept my baby teeth in a little box thing for a long time, and most of them were broken and it was fun to use them as a puzzle sometimes.

On the subject of teeth, my teeth are starting to align!!! One of them is a bit wobbly, but I Googled it and it's apparently normal with braces. I love my braces <3

YAY SOMEONE WHO LOVES THEIR BRACES! everyone i know with braces hates them a lot and it scares me...it's not like I'm expecting to love them or whatever I just don't want to have to hate them because they hurt so much

oh how cute..im thinking about getting my braces color in like the SoUE books colors in order but I might skip two or three because I don't think black or brown braces would look that attractive..

Wow Becca that's a good idea. But it might look strange with all the different colours. But if you know, why looking strange doesn't matter.

well i didn't mean to i would get them all at one time but like every time i would go to get my elastics changed I'd go up a color (if that makes sense...) so like the first time i would make it dark blue and then red and so on and so forth

oh and I wouldn't care if i looked strange. I've gotten past caring about what people think of me

I had no wisdom teeth.
I also had the majority of my teeth pulled instead of losing them naturally, because my adult teeth were coming in but the baby teeth weren't falling out.
