Carmelita is Draco
Charles is Dumbledore (I know this doesn't work perfectly, but...)
Sir is Grindelwald.
The way I would do the children is this: I agree that Klaus is Hermione. Then Violet is Harry, Fiona is Ron (not just because of the pairing, but because she deserts the Baudelaires out of loyalty to her family). Quigley is Ginny, Duncan is Neville. I really don't know who Sunny can be. Perhaps Dobby? House-elves can cook.
