ummm if i went to college it would be for the prestige, not the practicality. i originally thought the only way i could get to europe was thru an exchange program, but i have since worked out other ways, so i have no reason to be undignified at a local college now.

No offence (okay maybe this part is a lie), but a C average is pathetic.

undergrad is a different story though, my grades in school were enough to skip year 1 of university, but got an exam in astrophysics tomorrow and one in dynamics and vector calculus the day after and probably going to just score bang on average in those and everything else :/
If u are getting Cs in school though, there are other options than college/uni, it is not the be all and end all and you can take other paths to success/what u wanna do with your life.

Is there no way you could just focus on studying the subjects you got As in?

University isn't the same as high school though. I wasn't that good at school, but I finished university with the best possible grades, while some people who were really good at school found it quite difficult to pass their university exams.
Also I didn't know you could skip years at university. Don't you have to have spent a certain amount of hours studying to be able to finish?

def feel dumber at uni environment tho, miss being the best at everything This is a statement with which I identify strongly. I think my grades at uni are pretty close to most of my grades in school, though I've only had three assignments graded so far. They've all been 10s (the equivalent of B), which is slightly below my average from gymnasiet (which is sort of a mix of what I get the impression high school and college are like - anyway, the only directly comparable set of grades I have).

My grades never had any consistency at school, so it would be interesting to see what would happen if i went to uni.
