Admit it; you do it, too! Nope, never. I just go to the library and get the DVD. When I'm really desperate to watch a certain film, I use streaming. Well, in my country, libraries don't have movies in them. DVD rental is expensive. I mostly pirate music tho. Also, wow, Sophie. You're 12? What a surprise! *sarcasm*

Not really, because the song is already up for free on YouTube.

I don't think downloading music or films can really be compared to stealing, because the thing that makes stealing bad is that if you steal a thing from a person, the person doesn't have it anymore. Of course films and music are the result of someone's work and those people should get money for that, but it's just a different thing.
I still don't illegally download or even stream anything though, just because I would be scared of getting caught.

Not really, because the song is already up for free on YouTube. And you can already read books for free at the library, so why not just keep them forever?

Well no, not really. Keeping the books forever is not really an equivalent because then nobody else could read the books. It's more like scanning the books or copying them.
