Ah, the trolley problem. The ethical conundrum here usually isn't this first problem but the conclusions they imply, and further problems which cause further complication. But I see everyone here has managed to mess it up before we even get to the follow-up questions. (The BBC have a very brief video on this topic.)

they put a twist on this in religous schools
the guy in the tracks is a true good believer while the ppl on the train are sinners to the nth degree
so you pull the lever obvs
the variation where the person on the tracks is a kid and you're the dad is scary though
