the quote is from torchwood and said about martha jones, and she is the link to the asoue connection. theres a detective jones mentioned in asoue so that could get you on the right track or martha's first episode is smith and jones and her husband is mickey smith and the answer is Detective Smithjones, another detective mentioned in asoue.

Oh gosh, that's really clever. But I think it isn't very like the Little Miss Sunshine clue; that's what confused us, since you seemed to be suggesting they were the same format.

Oh gosh, that's really clever. But I think it isn't very like the Little Miss Sunshine clue; that's what confused us, since you seemed to be suggesting they were the same format. i said the puzzes usually follow a similar format. a lot of people seemed to think finding out where the clue was from was all that needed to be done. but idk i think it was pretty in line. with the little miss sunshine one the quote was said by olive and the connection to asoue was her character kit. in this one the quote was about martha and her name was the asoue connection. |

That's really clever. I thought I had a good stockpile of useless snicket knowledge built up, but evidently not since I don't even remember a smithjones. I like how the 'moderator' of the board provided a hint too.
