Actually, if each disguise mentioned in TUA is only going to be used once, than I doubt he'll ever be disguised as a taxi driver. In TRR, there's a hint that the taxi driver that drove Count Olaf to Uncle Monty's was a member of VFD. (In the VFD disguise kit it says that the disguise matirial for the taxi driver is a picture of your new baby to show passengers) Here's a quote from the pages 40-41: " '... Not everybody wants to hear about your new baby, you know...' " That quote was said by Stephano to the taxi driver. That's hint enough for me that the taxi driver was a member. And, I'm just guessing, but I think that Lemony won't use that disguise again.
