I always had the idea that Georgina's death was "accidental", but could've been avoided. Cause I remember reading that a saw blade was coming towards her while she was talking not paying attention to what's around her and that no one said anything to alert her (not even Olaf).

It wasn't fully murder or accidental, it was just a case being at the wrong place at the wrong time.
