Do you mean "hector" instead of "hal"? ANYwho, I HOPE it's the two powderfaced women, but I find it highly unlikely. I saw the clue, (FYI, it has two hands grabbing for each other, I think. I only saw it once..) and it seems to me like it'd be a much more tragic loss.  |

I think that it's going to be Sunny and Esme who dissapear, and I don't think that Snicket would kill off the other two just yet. But, that's just my opinion. Crow

i don't think anything will happen to Sunny....
in book 8 Violet was seperated from the others..
Book 9 lead up to Sunny being taken...
Book 10 (i think) will be about Sunnys return...
So next is for Klaus to be taken...and I think it is he who wont be seen again...but i don't think he'll die...

...also again... ^__^ i'm leaning towaards Sunny being killed.... and Klaus will join with Olaf(for whatever reason)...and Violet will be left alone...
it would still fit with the "two will disappear never to be seen again"...cause to each individual orphans..its other 2 siblings will be gone...
i used to think that Violet would be the one to die...but i think that's too obvious... ^__^

dI don't think anything will happen to Klaus. I still believe Sunny will disappear, but I don't know who else. Maybe one of Olaf's henchmen? Still not Esme though.

What could happen is Violet+Klaus die because it is highly unlikely they will survive a fall down that mountain type thing
But to counter the the quagmires returning they would have to be with Hector, so maybe he dies w/ someone else.
