Did it take a while to write all the evidence down in an email MynamesJacques? Lol, you do that a lot though, ya know, having to give evidence/proof for people and stuff. But it's great (Danielle) that u want to see all the evidence. That means you're giving us a chance!! ;DLol, sum people just don't get it...

Ok, still no e-mail. Hmm. kjlsnicket29: I believe that everyone should have a chance to present their onpinions before they're simply thrown out. Of course there is a chance that I'll still disagree with the Beatrice theory after I've read it, but there is an equal chance that I'll change my mind. I definately want to read it though... if I ever get that e-mail

Thankyou kjsnicket! I go into a fit of rage if someone ignores my evidence and calls me wrong without even reading it, so it's wise to read it and be cautious around me if u don't support me. Things can get dangerous. I have followed this thread with great interest, Mr. Jacques, and I, myself being quite new, would also be exceedingly interested in reading the results of your meticulous research. I must, however, agree with Ms. Danielle in her observation that this forum is very large and only organised by subject category in the most basic of ways. My search results to find your previous threads have been sadly unsuccessful. I was wondering if, more than merely emailing your findings to me, you might post links to the threads where you have previously expressed them in this forum in a reply to this thread so I, and others, may peruse not only your findings, but people's arguments against them also. I assure you, it would be much appreciated, Mr. Jacques.

Sadly, I haven't had a chance to read LSUA. I've looked all over for it, but haven't been able to find it. So, a lot of what you just told me doesn't make sense. Sorry.

Yeah, it's a really important book to get...and by the way, the people in my class are getting annoying . They hear the name Unauthorized Autobiograph, and they suddenly get it, when they haven't even finished reading the 1st book! It angers me! I do all this work about Lemony Snicket, and they just try to get ahead of all of it! Anyways, that kid didn't even get it, it was too hard for him to understand..

Oh, and swans, I think the date of the J and ES marriage was on April 18th, because it says in For Esme- With Love and Squalor.

kjlsnicket29: I believe that everyone should have a chance to present their onpinions before they're simply thrown out. Oh, Danielle, sorry if I was coming off a bit wierdly...but I meant other people, not you, and it's fine if you don't agree with me, or him, or anybody that believes in the Beatrice theory, and I think it's important that you state your opinion about things, too. I didn't mean anything mean, if it seemed like it, I just was stating my opinion about the matter. ;D

U never got the email! But- that does it! I'm posting it right here for every single one of u to see(it's really not hard, I copied it all into a word document awhile ago so all that is necessary is for me to open word, cut, paste, and voila: I believe that Beatrice is Mrs. Baudelaire for many different reasons, almost all presented here. Why would Esme steal from the children in order to get revenge on Beatrice if she wasn't related to them? That's what doesn't make sense. Plus when Duncan was talking about Jacques Snicket if K was the mom their conversation would have been like this. D: His full name is Jacques Snicket V: That sounds familiar. D: I'm not surprised. Jacques Snicket is your uncle! Instead of how it went: D: His full name is Jacques Snicket V: That sounds familiar. D: I'm not surprised, Jacques Snicket is the brother of a man who- THERE THEY ARE! It just makes more sense for him to talk about their mom rather than Lemony so that's my opinion. Here is some evidence that people have discounted with obscure red herrings: 1) Klaus say his mother's whistling specialty is mozart's 14 symphony, and Lemony says in LSUA that Beatrice whistled that symphony in the play "The World is Quiet Here." 2) In the ww Lemony says that an eagle swooped down and grabbed a woman he loved. While this could be his sister, Beatrice is the ONLY woman in the series he refers to as: the woman I love. And Jerome says in tee that a huge bird came and grabbed Mrs. Baud, coincidence? I don't think so. 3) In thh one of the patiens on the list is Carrie E. Abelabudite, which is an anagram of Beatrice Baudelaire meaning she's Mrs. Baud. Alright, if u discount my Beatrice-Mom evidence that has a red herring even close to it I've still got 3 good reasons why Beatrice should be the mom. 1) In LSUA the duchess of Winnipeg says in her letter to Lemony"Of course, Beatrice is far past complaing about lost property, the very reason I'm sure you have dedicated yourself to researching those 3 children" This is as good as saying he's researching the orphans for Beatrice. If anyone else was their mom, he wouldn't be researching them for Beatrice now would he? Why research them for Beatrice? Because she's their mom! 2) "I want to steal from you, the way Beatrice stole from me" Esme wants revenge on Beatrice, yet Beatrice is dead. So why would she take out her anger toward Beatrice on the Baudelaires? Because villains if they can't get revenge on the person often get revenge on their offspring. Why take out her anger toward Beatrice on 3 children who weren't related to her? 3) Lemony approached Beatrice because he hadn't seen her in 15 years. This corresponds with Violet's age of 14 cause Beatrice stopped seeing Lemony, married Mr. Baudelaire shortly thereafter conceiving Violet. More evidence on why K is not the mom. K was an english teacher at Prufrock prep shortly after the bauds left, correct? Yes so, if K had survived the fire and was the mom, what on Earth whould she be doing teaching english while the bauds were with an enemy(esme)? The parents obviously cared so much about their children, so K couldn't possibly survive, then teach english while her children went back to the city, doesn't make sense. THis concludes my essay. I have presented a vvariety of valid evidence that supports the Beatrice is Baud mom theory and anyone who reads this, even though they may have a different opinion still thinks about what I have said because combined as 1, this evidence is quite compelling, and difficult to toss aside. There u go, enjoy.

That was very intersting! Thank you for posting it, my interests are peaked. I have decided not to decide, and will wait for the remainder of the books. This way, I won't end up knowing the end of the story, and I won't end up dissapointed ;D
Thanks again for the information.

Thank you for posting the results of your research, Mr. Jacques. I find it most compelling, however, I too shall reserve judgement. Perhaps not until the release of Book the Thirteenth, but at least until I have had a chance to re-examine all the available evidence myself, and perhaps heard out the views of others that may differ from yours.

Welcome to 677! Anyway, Lemony Snicket seems to use a lot of things which people use as evidence...maybe because there is no proof of which says he used it, or not. In some cases. Meh. *talking jibberish* Hi again, I'm a *Cough* Newbie too, I think...Sometime in Feb...to read fanfics.

I'm pretty much a newbie too, and yes, now I don't care as much if u call me that..lol. Anyways, I mean, everyone has their opinions on who the Baud mother is, and everyone has their evidence, so yeah, I don't care THAT much, even though I DO care. ;D

Ur welcome for all that evidence. I'm somewhat of a newbie I suppose, came on in january but u wouldn't know it based on my posts. I spent awhile going over this evidence and stuff. I've posted it at least 3 times already but that's okay.
