Someone at another board reported having a dream that book 11 would be "T. I. I.", if that fact is of interest. That was last August. Intolerable Inn makes sense, if the book involves Hotel Denoument.

Indeed, but it's entirely possible that Lemony won't give us the full title in his editor letter. He's been tormenting us like that lately. I wonder what harsh force of nature will make the Grim Grotto letter semi-illegible...

When each book was new, it was the one we most wanted to read. But it seems that the anticipation grows with each new book because the story is getting more suspensful and drawing to a close.

Here are 3 book 12 titles I've considered:
The Ominous Ocean
The Intimidating Inn
The Deadly Denouement
I think they'll reach Hotel Denouement and hopefully meet the sshamh crew... It's difficult to predict what'll happen in 12 since we don't have 11 yet..

It has been romoured that Lemony Snicket slipped out the titles of the twevleth and thirtenth books, but I'm not sure if its offical.

I don't think Lemony would let the titles slip, not now anyway. However, there's a popular rumor that the last book will be The Vicious Victory. There are several alleged titles for book 12, one of which is The Horrendous Hill.
