While I made the banner, and Im nearly finished with the header image for it, I dont really know all of the details. I was just "hired" for some of the art. I can tell you it has to do with voting and stuff for the best members in certain areas of expertise and the such. Im not sure where you can go to view the polls and stuff, since I lost my URL. Ill find out the details and get back to you on it.
