Well, on the last illustration, all I saw was a hat that said 'HOTEL D', a starfish, a beach ball, and a very small blimp over the far away city. I think the biggest clue is the hat. The other things are probably nothing. Maybe the blimp is a clue: The Grim Grotto pg. 120: "A citation for bravery is nothing more than a piece of paper stating that you have been courageous at some time, and such citations have not been said to be very useful when confronted by danger, whether deep underwater, or, as the Bauldelaires would eventually learn, high up in the air." |

There's one of the quotes I was looking for! That quote, the other one I'm too lazy to look up, and that small blimp in the backgroud only boost my theory that the next book will take place up in a balloon, a plane, something that can take flight.

can the setting be fully placed on one place?? like, everyone on an airplane?

But you never know. I dont think Kit will take the Bauds to the Hotel D because its too early, she might take them somewhere else then the Hotel. |

Well seeing as the factory is RIGHT NEXT TO BRINY BEACH on the LSUA map and they need horseradish for the mycelium Olaf has it only seems logical.
