I loved Monty, Hector, and even Jerome but not so much as the other two. The one thing is that Hector refused to argue or even talk with the council of elders, and Jerome refused to argue with anyone. I noticed one thing about my two favorites. They were both going to take the Bauds away somewhere, <coughVFDcough> Monty and Hector were the only ones who would listen, Jerome wouldn't even listen. They were both kind and considerate even though the Bauds never slept in the room Hector prepared for them.

Okay, fine, I suppose having snazzy suits won't make up for trying to murder children and take their money.

So, the best guardian was Monty, in my opinion. He was extra nice, and I liked him more than Hector.
