I think it would be kinda cute if Quigley and Carmelita got together.

No, because Duncan goes with Violet. Quigley deserves Carmelita.

Um, Duncan's a bit nicer, he can handle Carmel. Quigley and Violet will, erm, get together.

Yeah, well, they need to get off eachother. ANd besides, Quigley can beat up Carmelita, and beat the meanness out of her.

How do u know Quigley can beat up someone better than Duncan can? no, quigley's already, um, "laid claim" shall we say to Violet. I doubt Carmel will go with anyone she's too bratty.

If anyone asked my opinion, which nobody has but oh well, I'd have to say that Quigley would probably be better suited to fighting than Duncan. Quigley's been traipsing around the world and doing physical activities and whatnot in the Snow Scouts and stuff, so I expect he could pack quite a punch compared to Duncan, who was basically just a regular schoolboy. Until he and Isadora got kidnapped.
I HATE HATE HATE Carmelita. I don't want to see her with anyone that has a remote speck of coolness. Therefore I think she should remain a dowager until Jesus comes back or she dies, the logic being that Jesus could turn her into wine or fish or winefish or something and then she'd be useful.

I thought you were about to say that Jesus should marry Carmelita.... that would raise a real stir. Heh. Anyway, I think Quigley and Duncan fighting over Violet is a plot device, not really an issue. In my opinion, it's something Handler added in to "cause" something like a second schism, and eventually they'll have to resolve it which will lead to some sort of moral. And Violet will chose Isadora. The end. No, but seriously... the whole Duncan or Quigley thing probably isn't as big a deal as shippers like to think.

Really? I think it could end up being. I mean, if it has this many people taking sides and being all weird about it...and she'll have to end up choosing someone, which will make everyone even angrier, depending on what side your on, unless everyone dies.

It's defenitley Violet and Quigley. I mean, in the tenth book, you could almost tell that they liked each other. Same with Klaus and Isadora in the fifth book. [glow=red,2,300]TEXT[/glow] TEXT

Except that Quigley should die, or go to a VFD singles meeting, find another nice young girl, and start a family, so that Violet and Duncan can get back together.

Violet Duncan's not going to work, she and Quigley are together, people would hate Duncan if he stole her.
